About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a skilled **PRO (Public Relations Officer)** with solid experience in **UAE freezone setups**, government transactions, and company documentation processes.
The ideal candidate must be confident, organised, and able to handle all government portals efficiently.
Requirements
- **2–3 years UAE experience** as a PRO
- **English speaking** and writting skills are mandatory & **Arabic (preferable)**
- Experience in **Freezone company setup, license renewals, visa process, immigration, labour & other government portals**
- Strong knowledge of **UAE laws, regulations, and documentation**
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Handling all **visa applications, renewals, cancellations**
- Managing **Emirates ID, labour & immigration procedures**
- Coordinating with **Dubai Freezones / other Freezones** for new company setup, amendments, and license processes
- Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking updates
- Ensuring all tasks are completed in compliance with government regulations
- Supporting management with any additional government-related tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
