Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government liaison, regulatory documentation, and compliance matters for our Abu Dhabi operations, with coordination responsibilities for our JAFZA entity.
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Emirati candidates will be given preference.
Abu Dhabi (Mainland)
Liaise with:
• MOHRE & ICP (Immigration)
- Department of Economic Development (DED)
- Abu Dhabi Municipality, AD Ports & KIZAD
- Chamber of Commerce
- Notary Public & other authorities
- Customs/Port Authorities
• Civil Defense, Police & Interior Departments
- Process employment visas, labour contracts, Emirates ID, and medical formalities
- Manage establishment cards and immigration quotas
- Handle trade license issuance and renewals
- Coordinate document attestations and legal translations
- Ensure WPS-related compliance documentation
- Certificate of Origins, Duty Exemption and other Import/Export related documentations
- Maintain updated knowledge of UAE Labour and immigration regulations
Hr Support
- Support HR department in visa processing and onboarding documentation
- Maintain employee immigration and regulatory files
- Assist in exit procedures (visa cancellation & final documentation)
- Provide documentation support during audits
Requirements
- 5–6 years of PRO experience in Abu Dhabi
- Strong knowledge of:
- UAE immigration & labour procedures
- Abu Dhabi mainland regulatory processes
- Fluency in Arabic & English (mandatory)
- Strong government liaison and follow-up capabilities
- Valid UAE driving license
