About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all government transactions related to visas, labor permits, Emirates ID, and licensing
- Process employment visas, work permits, renewals, cancellations, and amendments
- Liaise with government authorities such as MOHRE, ICP, DOH, and other relevant departments
- Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with UAE laws and regulations
- Manage medical licensing documentation and approvals (DOH / HAAD)
- Maintain accurate employee records and track visa/permit expiry dates
- Coordinate with internal HR and external agencies for documentation and approvals
- Provide updates on government policy changes and regulatory requirements
- Assist employees with government-related queries and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (healthcare sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi government procedures (DOH, MOHRE, ICP)
- **Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)**
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare licensing and regulatory compliance
- Existing network/relations with government authorities is an advantage
License/Certification
- UAE driving license (Required)
