Responsibilities
- Draft and coordinate press releases, announcements, briefing notes, and corporate content.
- Prepare accurate information and coordinate responses to media enquiries with relevant teams.
- Maintain media lists, contact records, coverage logs, and communications calendars.
- Help plan announcements, interviews, and communications activity around business priorities.
- Monitor media coverage and summarize relevant themes or developments.
- Keep messaging consistent across channels and coordinate reviews and approvals.
Experience and qualifications
- Experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or communications coordination is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.
- Strong writing and sound judgment are important.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Applicants must currently be based in the UAE.
Working arrangement
- Hybrid work combines remote writing and coordination with in-person meetings in the UAE when needed.
- Flexible part-time hours can be arranged around communications schedules, media activity, and project deadlines.
