OFA is seeking a dynamic
PR Assistant
to support both the continued growth of the brand and the day-to-day priorities of our Founder & CEO.
This is a unique hybrid role for someone highly organised, culturally aware, polished, and excited by the world of luxury, fashion, art, and modern regional identity.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who understands that great brands are built through relevance, relationships, and strong execution.
Someone naturally curious, always aware of what is happening across the region and internationally, from cultural moments and art openings to launches, events, films, shows, tastemakers, and emerging conversations.
Alongside supporting PR initiatives, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO to help manage priorities, schedules, communications, and projects in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep interest in culture, fashion, luxury, art, and current affairs
- Strong awareness of the GCC cultural landscape, with international perspective
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a confident, polished manner
- **Arabic and English**
- speaking
- Highly organised, discreet, and reliable
- Hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-led
- Comfortable representing both the brand and Founder externally
PR
- Support PR strategy and brand visibility across priority markets
- Build relationships with editors, stylists, influencers, creatives, and partners
- Identify relevant cultural opportunities, partnerships, and key moments for OFA
- Coordinate gifting, press outreach, and media opportunities
- Assist with events, launches, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Help ensure the brand remains current, connected, and culturally relevant
Founder & CEO Support
- Manage diary, scheduling, travel, and appointments
- Assist with correspondence and follow-ups
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Support with presentations, research, and special projects
- Help ensure priorities are organised and moving efficiently
- Provide trusted day-to-day support in a dynamic environment
