Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced **Public Relations Officer** with **4–7 years of UAE experience**, specifically within **Dubai**.
The PRO will handle all **government‑related processes**, including visas, licenses, approvals, and regulatory requirements.
The role requires daily interaction with UAE government departments and strong **Arabic communication skills**.
Key Responsibilities
- **Visa processing** through MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, and other portals
- **Pension registration** with GPSSA
- Visit government departments and service centers for document submissions and approvals
- Stay updated on UAE regulations and compliance requirements
- Ensure timely processing of all company and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all PRO activities
Requirements
- **4–7 years** of UAE PRO experience, with strong exposure to **Dubai procedures**
- **Fluency in Arabic** (spoken & written)
- **UAE driving license**
- Strong knowledge of **UAE labor laws**, immigration rules, and government portals
- Excellent communication, follow‑up, and organizational skills
- **Immediate joiners** preferred
- **Arabic language proficiency preferred**
