About This Role
Overview
- Process employment visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, medical applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle trade license issuance, renewals, amendments, and company registrations.
- Coordinate with UAE government departments such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Immigration, Municipality, and Free Zone authorities.
- Ensure company compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
- Maintain records of employee and company legal documents.
- Submit and collect official documents from government offices and typing centers.
- Track document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and external stakeholders.
- Support HR and Administration departments with legal and compliance matters.
- Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience as a PRO.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa procedures, and government portals.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential documents and work under press
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
