Overview
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing and processing all matters related to employee and company documentation, including visas, work permits, licenses, and registrations.
The PRO will also liaise with relevant government departments and agencies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and provide timely updates on labour laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures to ensure compliance.
Submit, follow up, and process all work and business visas promptly.
Ensure timely renewal of business and trade licenses, securing approvals to avoid penalties.
Represent the company at government departments.
Handle inquiries related to PRO services and provide accurate information.
Manage company vehicle registrations and renewals.
Support HR with recommendations to streamline residency and visa processes.
Assist with medical insurance, NOC letters, HR reports, and front desk duties when required.
Perform other tasks assigned by management as per business needs.
Bachelors Degree
Valid UAE driving license required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within Dubai
Fluent in English, Hindi & Arabic
Strong knowledge of Immigration rules, regulations, and online systems
Proven experience in processing all kinds of visas
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
