Overview
We are seeking a proactive PRO & Administration Officer to manage government-related processes, employee documentation, office administration, and daily operational support while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government departments and free zones for visa processing and applications
- Handle license renewals, permits, and approvals
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage office administration, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and office supplies
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee coordination
- Assist management with operational and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company and UAE regulations
Requirements
- 2–5 years of UAE PRO/Administration experience
- Good knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures
- **Valid UAE driving license required**
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
