Role overview
Public Relations Officer (PRO) role with Indigo Rent A Car.
The job is contract-based, pays AED 2,500–3,500 per month, and is in person.
Administrative and government duties
- Handle bank transactions, cheque deposits, salary payments, and electronic funds transfers.
- Prepare and deliver visa and residency permit applications, renewals, and passport-related documentation through labor offices and relevant authorities.
- Manage labor contract and labor card procedures.
- Handle trade licence renewals and related company procedures with DED and GDRFA.
- Process visa typing, status changes, and stamping.
- Assist with medical and Emirates ID procedures, insurance, and police-station matters.
Candidate requirements
- Experience with bank transactions and visa and residency permit procedures, including renewals and passport-related administrative procedures.
- Flexible availability for work timings.
- Knowledge of labor contracts, labor cards, trade licence renewals, and company procedures involving DED and GDRFA.
- Experience with cheque deposits, salary payments, electronic funds transfers, medical and Emirates ID procedures, insurance, and police-station matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including effective communication with government authorities and external parties.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain a positive attitude, and provide team service.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
