Qualifications

  • Active CNA certification in good standing [Colorado, or your state]
  • Experience in long-term care or memory care (preferred)
  • Genuine compassion and patience for older adults, including those living with dementia
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Reliability and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • As a CNA, you’ll help residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living in ways that meet their needs. You’ll care for the whole person: social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical. Day to day, you will:
  • Provide daily hygiene care for residents with dignity and respect
  • Get to know each resident’s preferences so you can personalize their care
  • Document care accurately and promptly report any changes or concerns to the right team members
  • Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures
  • Keep your supervisor updated on each resident’s status and condition
  • Support the team with other duties as needed
