About the Opportunity
A prominent Swiss mental health organization is launching an international mental health and wellness platform, connecting patients with high-quality, culturally aligned care across multiple geographies.
As part of this expansion, we are onboarding a select group of Psychologists and Psychiatrists to deliver remote consultations to a growing international patient base.
Role Overview
This is a flexible, non-full-time engagement at the initial stage, designed for experienced practitioners looking to complement their existing practice while accessing a broader, international patient pool.
The primary objective is to deliver high-quality, patient-centric care, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence.
Over time, top-performing practitioners may have the opportunity to transition into more structured or full-time roles as the platform scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote therapy and/or psychiatric consultations
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs
- Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, international environment
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and patient care
Preferred Profile
- Licensed Psychologist or Psychiatrist with recognized credentials
- Strong academic background from Europe, UAE, Lebanon, or Egypt preferred
- Experience working with diverse, international patient populations
- Ability to build trust and rapport in a remote setting
- Comfortable working in a digital/teleconsultation environment
Licensing Certifications
- DHA license (Dubai Health Authority) is a strong advantage
- Candidates eligible for DHA licensing or willing to obtain it are highly preferred
- Valid and recognized professional certifications are mandatory
Languages
- English (mandatory)
- Additional languages are a strong plus (e.g., Arabic, French, Russian, Mandarin)
Location & Availability
- Ideally based in the United Arab Emirates.
- Ability to commit to flexible consultation hours
