Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychologist/Psychotherapist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The professional will conduct psychological assessments, provide evidence-based counseling and support, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
The role also involves monitoring patients' progress and adapting interventions to meet individual needs while maintaining accurate and confidential records.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology and Psychological Assessment
- Proficiency in Counseling and Mental Health support techniques
- Familiarity with basic principles of Medicine as they pertain to mental health
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse populations
- Licensure or accreditation as a psychologist or psychotherapist in the United Arab Emirates
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
