Licensed psychologists to review how AI models handle clinical psychology scenarios, and help write realistic cases.
AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve how their models handle mental health.
We're bringing on licensed psychologists for a 3 week review project starting this month.
What you'll actually do
• Review how AI models respond to clinical psychology scenarios, and judge whether they got the clinical reasoning, ethics and risk handling right
• Explain clearly where a response goes wrong and what a licensed clinician would do instead
• For some contributors, help write realistic clinical vignettes and reference responses
Who this is for
• PhD or PsyD in psychology from a US institution
• Active, unencumbered US psychology license, currently practicing in the US
• Clinical, counseling, health or neuropsychology background. No minimum years required
• You can write clinical reasoning clearly enough for another psychologist to follow it
Contract and pay
• $90/hr , paid weekly via Stripe
• Remote and fully async. No fixed hours, work as much or as little as fits around your practice
• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers
• Independent contractor

Required Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in psychology from a US institution
- Active, unencumbered US psychology license
- Currently practicing in the US
- Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with risk assessment, safety planning or crisis work
- Experience writing clinical documentation, supervision notes or teaching material
- Interest in how AI handles mental health conversations
