Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse, located in Dubai.
The role involves providing specialized care to critically ill infants and children in a pediatric intensive care unit.
Responsibilities
include monitoring and recording patient vital signs, administering medications, collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team, and supporting patients and their families through high-stress situations.
Additionally, the nurse will use advanced medical equipment and follow best practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pediatric Intensive Care and Critical Care Nursing
- Professional Nursing skills with a focus on patient-centered care
- Knowledge in Neonatal Intensive Care and specialized care techniques for infants
- Understanding of medical protocols and practices in Medicine and critical care settings
- Demonstrated communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Valid nursing license and eligibility to practice in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification
- Experience working in pediatric or neonatal intensive care units is strongly preferred
