• Provide psychiatric diagnostic assessments, evaluates need for medications, and prescribe as indicated.
• Makes urgent assessments of person in crisis, evaluating as appropriate.
• Collaborate with others involved in treatment planning.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and medication changes in compliance with legal, ethical, and institutional standards.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and consultations.
• Ensure a patient-centered approach by fostering a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment.

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies. Active and unrestricted license in the State of Minnesota. 2+ years post-grad experience working as a PA-C in the following areas: psychiatry, family medicine, and/or internal medicine, required
• Active and unrestricted license in the State of Minnesota.
• 2+ years post-grad experience working as a PA-C in the following areas: psychiatry, family medicine, and/or internal medicine, required
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychiatric Nursing from an accredited college or university; active and unrestricted State of Wisconsin License to practice medicine. Must meet Mental Health Professional Qualifications in the State of WI. Must have a mental health certification (PMHNP) recognized by the board of nursing. Minimum 1-2+ years' experience practicing as an APNP is required.
