Responsibilities

  • You will provide a high level of customer service, support and guidance to assigned hospital and units with provider compensation related matters, resolving escalated issues and inquiries timely with a high degree of accuracy
  • You will monitor existing programs and tools for ongoing issues and concerns
  • You will provide timely, accurate and appropriate levels of information to facilitate sound decision making
  • You will analyze compensation content and/or outcomes through appropriate tools and techniques

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required or four (4) years’ experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Certification in related area desirable (i.e. CCP, CBP, PHR)
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Compensation, to include experience researching complex compensation issues, market analysis and developing innovative compensation recommendations for solutions in a large organization, preferably in health care
  • Experience in Physician and Provider Compensation a plus

  • Pay and Benefit Expectations
  • We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $116,272.00 - $167,336.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
