The role is reporting into the Head of Segment, UAE.
Within the Propositions team, the role has accountability for the support of segment and ensuring we achieve the maximum return and ensure the customer voice is at the heart of the proposition
In This Role, You Will
- Working with Group and the local Distribution teams to support their asks
- The role holder is responsible for growing the Segment, enhancing the customer experience and deepening of these client relationships
- Responsible for Campaigns support (i.e. launches, Governance & campaign Optimization, fulfillment, DNA collaboration ..etc)
- Drive and Enhance clients’ communications/engagement across all UAE segments
- Manage the core propositions to increase overall customer value, Commercialization of campaigns & build a strong retail sales funnel to support channels
- Co-ordination with other team to boost sales efficiency & manage the collaboration across IWPB teams/ Group to align with proposed segments ensuring an appropriate level of insight and research is used in the establishment of new products
- Provide support to the team across various initiatives for the proposition and executes local campaigns, through working closely with IWPB Marketing and ensuring all customer solutions and offers add value to the customers, are competitive in the marketplace and align with the Group strategy
- The role holder is also responsible for understanding our target customers and the drivers behind customer behaviors, driving client insight Programme and analysis on client segmentation, the competitive landscape and market trends
- The role holder will support other Proposition initiatives (e.g Comms, tactical/strategic campaigns & Programme, portfolio management .etc), depending on priorities agreed within the team & Build a strong retail sales funnel to support channels including cross sell strategy
- Collaboration with business functions to implement various streamlining projects which should reflect in reducing our operational / admin activities for our frontline population
- To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Depth of exposure and proven experience with mass affluent client segments
- Experience in the Retail and / or International segment preferred
- Solid experience of working with Marketing and Customer Insights
- Truly customer centric with great attention to details that makes difference on customer experience
- Proficient to translate customer needs into products and channel requirements
- Experience in commercial management across products and customer segments
- Broad knowledge of digital products and digital market trends, scrum methodology, social ecosystem
- Results oriented with high performance standard
- Excellent relationship building and with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent presentation and pitching skills
- Strong ability to navigate conflicting strategic priorities and decisions
- Fluent in English
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and/or work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE
