We are urgently looking for a
Proposal Engineer
to support technical proposals, tender reviews, cost estimation, and client coordination for water and wastewater treatment projects across the UAE and Oman.
The ideal candidate should have experience in
STP, ETP, RO, filtration systems, desalination, greywater treatment, TSE polishing, and wastewater treatment technologies
.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Understand client technical requirements and project specifications
✅ Prepare technical and commercial proposals for STP, ETP, RO, desalination, and filtration systems
✅ Review tender documents and ensure technical compliance
✅ Coordinate with sales, engineering, and design teams for accurate solutions
✅ Develop budgetary quotations and cost estimates
✅ Provide technically sound alternatives based on client requirements
✅ Support internal teams with proposal-related technical inputs
Candidate Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
🔹 3–5 years of experience in proposal engineering, tendering, or cost estimation
🔹 Strong knowledge of STP, ETP, RO, filtration, and desalination systems
🔹 Experience in wastewater treatment proposals and technical documentation
🔹 Good communication, analytical, and client coordination skills
🔹 Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
