Proposal Engineer role in Dubai; full-time employment and in-person work location are specified.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities and estimates; support project planning.
- Read and understand AutoCAD drawings and project specifications.
- Work with electrical and solar projects, materials, construction methods, and finishes.
- Allocate manpower for electrical, MEP, and solar projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams.
- Conduct electrical and solar construction QA/QC inspections.
- Manage site execution from mobilization through handover.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
Education and Experience
- Graduate in electrical engineering.
- More than five years of experience in electrical, MEP, or solar projects in the Middle East or India.
- Driving license is desirable.
- English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam are listed as languages known.
- Ability to commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting work.

- Work location is in person in Dubai.
