Role Overview
The Marketing Proposal Coordinator supports the regional marketing team with proposal production, data management, and other marketing initiatives.
The role supports internal and external clients and coordinates with team members to respond to marketing requests.
Salary Range
- The stated salary range is $54,000–$65,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive support for marketing requests from internal and external clients.
- Coordinate and produce proposals through the RFP process, including follow-up, templates, formatting, layouts, proofreading, drafts, and revisions.
- Track pursuits in Monday.com and maintain project databases and CRM records.
- Assist with marketing materials, desktop publishing, business development initiatives, and client events.
Education and Experience
- A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
- Two to five years of related experience is required.
- Familiarity with consulting engineering and the architectural industry is an asset.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is a definite asset.
- The role requires strong communication, writing, editing, proofreading, organization, time management, and project management skills.
- The role requires self-management, adaptability, attention to detail, and professional relationship-building.
