We are seeking driven and professional **Property Real Estate Agents** to join our expanding team and support clients across Abu Dhabi’s dynamic and fast‑growing property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
- Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
