Role overview

Lead architecture project pipelines from concept through completion.
Provide strategic design direction and integrate scientific analysis into architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams; coordinate with clients and consultants.
- Manage schedules, budgets, quality standards, and project performance.
- Represent the studio in stakeholder meetings and drive sustainable design initiatives.
- Review design documentation and support business development and long-term growth.
- Align work with the studio’s “Architecture + Science” philosophy.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team-management skills; architectural design and planning proficiency.
- Experience applying scientific and data-driven analysis to design, including building performance or environmental assessment.
- Strong client and stakeholder communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Project-management capabilities including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards.
- Comfort with CAD/BIM, project-management platforms, and basic data-analysis tools.
- Professional degree in Architecture or related field; architect licensure or registration is highly beneficial.
- Prior senior- or director-level experience in an architecture or design practice.
- Ability to work on-site in Sambalpur in an office-based environment.
