Support property operations, coordinate maintenance, assist tenants, and maintain accurate property records.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily property management and respond to tenant inquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Arrange inspections, repairs, and maintenance services; monitor property conditions and report maintenance or compliance concerns.
- Maintain tenancy agreements, property files, and related documentation.
- Coordinate lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and property handovers.
- Assist with rental records, payment tracking, and property reports; liaise with relevant stakeholders to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in property administration, real estate, or facilities coordination is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills; good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.
- Familiarity with property management software and UAE tenancy procedures is advantageous.
