Role overview
Support property operations, tenant relations, and day-to-day building management in Dubai.
The role is described as mid-level and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily management and administration of residential or commercial properties.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, property owners, and service providers.
- Maintain property records, tenancy documents, inspection reports, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and follow-up activities.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and help resolve property-related concerns.
- Assist with rental documentation, payment tracking, and lease renewals.
- Monitor property conditions, report operational issues, and prepare regular updates on property activity, tenant requests, and maintenance matters.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in property administration, facilities coordination, real estate, or building operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Dubai property market and local tenancy procedures is advantageous.
