Role overview
The Property Officer supports property administration, coordinates maintenance, and maintains relationships with tenants and service providers.
The role is based in Dubai and described as flexible/remote depending on operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily property management and administrative activities.
- Communicate with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repair requests.
- Maintain tenancy agreements, property records, and related documentation.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and follow up on complaints or service requests.
- Monitor lease dates, renewal schedules, and property-related expenses.
- Report inspection issues promptly and support compliance with property regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in property administration, real estate, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital record-management systems is required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, interpersonal abilities, and problem-solving skills are sought.
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage.
