The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale.

Role Overview
As a Property Manager, you will own end-to-end management of OCI property assets supporting mission-critical operations.
This role ensures building services, vendors, compliance, and tenant relationships operate to the standards required for high-uptime environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own lease administration, budgeting, vendor contracts, and operational service delivery for assigned properties or campuses.
- Lead capital planning and execution support for upgrades, compliance projects, and lifecycle improvements.
- Manage performance of service providers; enforce SLAs, safety requirements, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain readiness for audits/inspections and ensure safety, security, and emergency preparedness plans are in place and practiced.
- Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and issue escalation to site and regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering and facilities teams to ensure property decisions support uptime, access control, and operational constraints.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong property management experience (Class A commercial or mission-critical preferred).
- Comfort operating in regulated environments with strict documentation and vendor control.

- US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 - $223,400 per year.
- May be eligible for bonus and equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
