Property Manager / Leasing Executive

Role overview

Property management

• Manage an existing portfolio of approximately 30 residential properties and communicate with landlords and tenants.
• Monitor rental payments, cheque collections, and tenancy renewals; handle tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, inspections, and Ejari registration, renewals, and tenancy documents.
• Assist landlords with DEWA, Empower, service charges, and other property-related services.
• Maintain accurate property records and provide regular management updates.

Leasing and business development

• Advertise available properties, respond to tenant inquiries, and arrange viewings.
• Negotiate rental terms, prepare tenancy agreements, and coordinate leasing transactions.
• Source landlords and new properties, maintain owner relationships, and identify opportunities to expand the management portfolio.

Administrative support

• Assist the CEO with daily operational tasks and coordinate appointments, meetings, and client visits.
• Support international clients during visits to Dubai and complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate, leasing, or property management is preferred.
• Good understanding of Dubai tenancy procedures, Ejari, and RERA regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and CRM systems; ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Professional appearance and client-oriented attitude; a UAE driving licence is advantageous.

Compensation

• Basic salary is AED 4,000 per month, with performance-based commissions.
• Commission is 20% on leasing transactions involving company-provided properties and 50% on transactions involving new properties personally sourced by the employee.
• Commission is calculated from the agency commission received by the company, subject to company policy.

• Full-time position in person at Business Bay, Dubai.
