Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Property Manager role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site visits and remote work from home.
The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential and/or commercial units, including coordinating maintenance requests, scheduling repairs, and ensuring properties are clean, safe, and well-presented.
The role includes managing tenant relations by responding to inquiries, handling move-ins and move-outs, addressing concerns, and supporting lease renewals.
The Property Manager will assist with rent collection, monitoring payments, and preparing basic reports on occupancy, expenses, and property performance.
The position also involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining accurate documentation and records, supporting marketing activities (such as listing properties and arranging viewings), and ensuring compliance with relevant local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or facilities coordination, ideally within residential or mixed-use portfolios.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines in a part-time hybrid setting.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with tenants, owners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Comfort with digital tools and property management software, along with proficiency in standard office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and document management).
- Basic financial and administrative skills, including handling rent collections, tracking expenses, and preparing simple reports or summaries.
- Attention to detail in documentation, contract handling, record-keeping, and compliance with local regulations in Dubai.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market, tenancy laws, and local procedures is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or certifications in property management, real estate, business, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
