  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee property operations, tenant relationships, maintenance coordination, and asset performance.
  • The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day property activities, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize occupancy and revenue performance, and deliver high-quality service to tenants and stakeholders.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily property operations, tenant services, and building administration activities
  • Develop and implement property management strategies aligned with business and asset objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Oversee leasing activities, occupancy performance, renewals, and tenant satisfaction initiatives
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and facility service requirements
  • Manage service providers, contractors, and vendor performance to ensure quality standards
  • Monitor property budgets, operating expenses, income performance, and cost optimization opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations, safety standards, contracts, and organizational policies
  • Conduct property inspections, risk assessments, and operational reviews
  • Maintain accurate property records, reports, documentation, and performance dashboards
  • Prepare property performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in property management, real estate operations, facilities management, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing commercial, residential, retail, or mixed-use properties preferred
  • Strong understanding of property operations, leasing processes, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, budgets, and property service agreements
  • Knowledge of property regulations, compliance requirements, and asset management practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with property management systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
