The Property Manager manages property portfolios, landlord and tenant relationships, tenancy administration, and maintenance coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage property portfolios and landlord and tenant relationships.
- Handle tenancy administration and tenancy procedures.
- Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals, and property inspections.
- Provide landlord reporting.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of UAE property-management experience; Abu Dhabi experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of real-estate experience.
- Knowledge of Tawtheeq, TAMM, and tenancy procedures; ADGM knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in lease renewals, inspections, maintenance, and landlord reporting.
- Strong communication, organisational, and reporting skills.
- A UAE driving licence is described as preferred in the requirements, but driving is marked required in the license fields.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.

- Work location is in person; Abu Dhabi is specified as the required location.
