Eastern Sands Real Estate seeks an agent to build relationships with property owners and bring new properties into its portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Contact landlords and property owners to source properties for sale and rent.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential owners.
- Communicate professionally, understand owners’ needs, and agree on listing terms.
- Secure property listings and collect property details, photos, and advertising authorization.
- Publish listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other platforms.
- Keep owners updated on enquiries, viewings, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales and leasing team to market properties effectively.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence contacting property owners and securing listings.
- Real estate experience in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
- Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and other property portals is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working toward targets.
