Requirements
- What You’ll Do:
- As a Property Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vacation rental properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Travel between properties within your assigned territory Inspecting properties for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and overall readiness.
- Performing minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and troubleshooting small maintenance issues.
- Reporting major maintenance concerns and coordinating with the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
- Ensuring inventory is stocked and all appliances are in working order before guest arrivals.
- Occasionally, assist with the preparation of amenity bags and linen bags for the weekly cleaning services.
- Managing property staging to create a welcoming and visually appealing environment.
- Delivering requested items to guests to enhance their stay and provide exceptional service.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspection findings, maintenance requests, and inventory levels.
- Working closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth property turnover.
- What We’re Looking For:
- We are seeking a proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate has:
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic maintenance knowledge and the ability to perform small repairs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Employee must have a Mobile device with data plan that allows them to be access the internet during inspections.
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- The ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
