We're looking for a polished, people-first professional to join our team for an exclusive residential handover ceremony — representing our brand at the highest standard and ensuring every homeowner feels welcomed, valued, and celebrated.
🏡 About the Role
You will be the face of our company during unit handover events — hosting property owners and their families with warmth, elegance, and five-star hospitality.
✅ What We're Looking For
- Well-presented, professional appearance with commitment to a formal dress code
- Fluent English (mandatory) \| Arabic highly preferred \| Other languages a bonus
- Background in luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, or VIP guest reception
- Experience handling high-net-worth clients and diverse cultural backgrounds
- Confident, composed, and service-oriented — even in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and host owners & families at handover ceremonies
- Guide homeowners through key handover procedures & documentation
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance & Facilities teams
- Manage hosting areas to maintain a premium, organized atmosphere
- Address queries promptly and escalate when needed
- Follow up post-handover to ensure full owner satisfaction

• Location: Arjan, Dubai
- Reporting to: Customer Relations Manager
