Overview
**Property Finance Manager** **LI Property Services LLC** \| Tower 45, Marina District, Lusail
**THE ROLE** Direct the financial operations for a premium real estate portfolio in Lusail.
You will be responsible for fiscal oversight, maximizing asset yields, and ensuring seamless financial reporting for our Marina District operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- **Financial Oversight:** Manage property budgets, P&L statements, and CAPEX planning.
- **Revenue Management:** Oversee rent collections, service charges, and lease financial analysis.
- **Reporting:** Prepare detailed fiscal reports and cash flow forecasts for stakeholders.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all financial activities align with Qatari real estate and tax regulations.
Qualifications
- **Seniority:** 8+ years of finance experience, specifically within property services or real estate.
- **Education:** Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- **Expertise:** Proficiency in property management software and advanced Excel data modeling.
- **Communication:** Professional English fluency for international reporting and coordination.
- Pay: QAR33,000.00 per month
