We're looking for driven and dynamic Sales Candidates to join our growing real estate brokerage team in Dubai.
📍 Location: Dubai
💼 Experience: 3 Months – 5 Years (Only Real Estate)
🕒 Immediate joiners preferred
🔹 Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
- Generate and qualify leads through Cold calls, networking, and referrals
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Excellent presentation and closing skills
💡 What We Offer
- Fixed salary :- 3000 to 10,000 AED
- Incentive Structure :- Upto 50%
