Role Description
The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties by providing expert advice, conducting property viewings, and negotiating contracts.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Zayed Port.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, maintaining an updated property portfolio, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to build lasting client relationships and close deals effectively
- Strong research and market analysis abilities to stay informed about market trends and competitive pricing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with real estate technology tools and CRM systems
- Self-motivation, time management, and a results-oriented mindset to achieve targets
- Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, and surrounding areas
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous real estate consultancy experience is an added advantage
