Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of luxury secondary market listings
- Manage the full sales cycle from valuation and listing to negotiation and closing
- Provide strategic market analysis and tailored investment advice to clients
- Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture long-term client relationships
- Represent the brand at networking events and within high-net-worth circles
- Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level client experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Dubai’s Secondary Real Estate Market
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage premium clientele
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s luxury communities
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- UAE driving license
- Prior luxury real estate experience preferred
