Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential buyers and investors for and secondary market properties
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Dubai Secondary Market Real Estate
- Must have direct inventory and strong relationships with property owners/sellers
- Proven track record of securing quality and exclusive listings
- Area Specialist with deep market knowledge and existing client network
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Consistently follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requirements to maximize conversions
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
**Requirements**
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Dubai Secondary Market Real Estate

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and passionate about real estate sales
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages will be an advantage
