About Job
As a Property Consultant (Secondary Market), you will acquire properties for sale or rent, keeping clients informed throughout the sales process.
You'll network with professionals to expand opportunities and specialize in specific areas or communities.
Your role
includes presenting to potential clients, conducting viewings, preparing transaction documentation, and staying updated on market trends and best practices.
Acquire properties for sale/ rent.
Keep the client abreast about the sales process.
Network with professionals to expand work opportunities and relationships to specialise in an area/ community.
Present to potential clients and conduct viewings.
Prepare necessary documentation for transactions.
Stay updated on market trends and best practices.
Sales negotiation, communication and client relationship skillsTime management and organizational skillsExperience in real estate market of Dubai is preferred Prior sales experience in banking/ insurance/ motor industry Financially driven and highly motivatedPresentable with a professional imageValid driving licenseNative English speaker (preferred)
