Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Property Consultant with real estate experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
In this on-site role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and support.
Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering tailored property advice, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying up to date on market trends to deliver insights to clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate, with prior experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist clients.
- Ability to establish trust and build long-term client relationships.
- Sound understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in time management and handling multiple client requirements concurrently.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation are required.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
