Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Property Consultant Real Estate (off-plan) to join our Sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting clients on Dubai real estate investment opportunities, conducting property presentations, and converting inquiries into successful sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, digital platforms, events, and networking.
  • Follow up on company-generated leads and convert inquiries into qualified prospects.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of investors and property buyers.
  • Conduct daily cold calling activities to generate potential investor and buyer leads.
  • Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients and referral partners.
  • Follow up consistently to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Understand client investment goals, budgets, and property requirements.
  • Provide professional consultation on Dubai's primary real estate market.
  • Conduct virtual and face-to-face property presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a premium customer experience.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, new launches, pricing, and investment opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in off plan real estate sales, or investment advisory.

Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Required Skills

  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to handle HNI and investor clients.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and MS Office.
