Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in identifying their real estate needs and provide suitable property options
* Conduct property viewings and explain property features, pricing, and benefits
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
* Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
* Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and tenants
* Prepare and manage necessary documentation for transactions
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
* Proven experience in real estate, sales, or a related field (preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
* Valid real estate license (if required by local authorities)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
* Multilingual skills are a plus
