Key Responsibilities
- **Sales Generation**
- : Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets.
- **Client Relations**
- : Build and maintain long-term relationships specifically with UAE and international investors and end-users.
- **Property Presentations**
- : Conduct professional viewings and high-level presentations for clients.
- **Expert Advisory**
- : Provide strategic advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis.
- **Market Insight**
- : Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches.
Qualifications
- **Language**
- : Native or professional fluency in English, Arabic or any European Languages with excellent command
- **Experience:**
- Proven track record in sales (UAE real estate experience is a significant advantage) but its not mandatory.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client management abilities.
- **Knowledge:**
- Familiarity with UAE property laws and market procedures is preferred not mandatory
