Role Description
Huspy is hiring a full-time Property Consultant - Leasing to join our team on-site in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role involves guiding clients through the leasing process, providing expert advice and assistance, and managing property viewings. You will actively cultivate relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service while meeting sales and leasing targets. Additionally, you will stay informed about market trends and guide clients in making informed decisions regarding real estate properties.
Qualifications
- Consulting and Real Estate expertise to provide informed property advice to clients.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Sales strategies with the ability to support clients in navigating the leasing process and achieving targets.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a strong advantage.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Relevant professional certifications or a background in real estate are a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are considered an asset.
