Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Property Consultant, based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients in finding suitable properties, providing tailored advisory services, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, conducting property viewings, facilitating negotiations, and ensuring a seamless real estate transaction experience.
Collaboration with sales teams and staying informed on market trends are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Consulting and Real Estate to effectively guide clients in property decision-making processes
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and client acquisition strategies
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
