Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Property Consultant will be responsible for managing clients throughout the sales process, from lead qualification and property presentations to viewings, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing transactions.

Daily responsibilities include advising clients on Dubai real estate opportunities, staying updated on market trends, developer launches, pricing, payment plans, and available inventory.

The role also involves preparing proposals, coordinating property viewings, managing client inquiries, updating CRM records, and providing professional after-sales support.

The ideal candidate is confident, client-focused, proactive, and comfortable working with international buyers in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English communication skills are required.
  • Additional languages such as Mandarin, Spanish, or French are highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Dubai areas, communities, and lifestyle destinations.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property brokerage, sales, or client advisory is highly preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with international clients in a professional and culturally aware manner.
  • Comfortable conducting property viewings and meeting clients in person.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and office software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage follow-ups, and perform in a target-driven environment.
