Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a real estate or sales environment.
• Excellent consulting and advisory skills, including the ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and offer investment-focused guidance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain professional relationships.
• Customer service mindset, with a commitment to delivering a high touch, personalised experience and handling client inquiries with care.
• Sound knowledge of real estate principles and practices, ideally within the UAE market, including familiarity with local regulations and property trends.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages (such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin) are an advantage.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, digital property platforms, and basic office software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in real estate are a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred.
