Role Description

The Property Consultant will work in a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on residential, commercial, and off-plan properties, conducting property viewings, and managing the full transaction process for buying, selling, and renting.

The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored real estate and investment options aligned with Arbore’s integrated service offerings.

The Property Consultant will stay informed about market trends, prepare accurate documentation, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong real estate knowledge, with experience in residential, commercial, or off-plan properties in Dubai or the wider UAE market.
  • Consulting and advisory skills to understand client needs, provide strategic guidance, and propose suitable property and investment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse clients, conducting negotiations, and presenting information clearly.
  • Customer service and relationship management skills to deliver a high-quality client experience and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Proven sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, manage time effectively, and operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic digital tools; familiarity with property portals and market analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Relevant certification or license in real estate (RERA or equivalent) preferred; prior experience in the UAE real estate sector is highly beneficial.
