Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai.
The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full property journey, from initial needs assessment and market briefing to property viewings, negotiation, and closing.
Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors, and presenting suitable properties across key Dubai communities.
The role involves preparing and delivering professional property presentations, advising on market trends, returns, and payment plans, and coordinating with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
The Property Consultant will also manage documentation, update CRM systems, attend launches and networking events, and uphold the company’s client-first, transparent advisory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing within a target-driven environment.
- Proven Real Estate knowledge or experience in Dubai or UAE markets, including off-plan and secondary sales (RERA certification is an advantage).
- Consulting capabilities to assess client needs, provide strategic property advice, and support long-term investment decisions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Chinese) are beneficial.
- Comfortable working on-site and in the field, conducting property tours and attending client meetings across Dubai.
- Strong organizational skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and ability to handle multiple clients and projects at once.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.
